15+ years of B2B, direct sales, and partner sales experience, with eight years specifically dedicated to serving New Mexican ratepayers. This includes offering solar and energy storage solutions for residential, commercial, and public sector clients. In addition to his experience, Troy has been an advocate for community solar in New Mexico since 2018 and currently serves as the New Mexico Solar Energy Association (NMSEA) Education Chairperson.

Troy also brings community solar subscription sales experience from his previous work in the Colorado and Minnesota markets. Notably, he is one of the few New Mexicans with subscription sales experience, covering residential, low-to-moderate income (LMI), and low-income service providers.

Owner of Siempre Sol Solar & Electric (Always Solar). He is also an electrical trades instructor at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), a licensed EE-98 Electrical Contractor, a NABCEP Board Certified PV Systems Inspector, and an Army veteran.
